Crew Carwash in Brownsburg, IN is hiring for a Full-Time or Part-Time Daytime Customer Service Team Member. You will greet customers, advise on services, and ensure top-quality results while helping maintain a clean environment. This role operates Monday through Friday during daytime hours.

We offer $15–$16 per hour plus incentive pay, daily pay options, paid time off for full-time, and a range of benefits including health, dental, vision, 401K with match, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• No prior work experience required.
• Able to work 7AM–4PM in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand for extended periods (8+ hours).
• Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a smile.
• Service advise and load customers.
• Maintain industry-leading quality for customers.
• Help maintain a clean, park-like environment inside and outside the car wash.
