Job summary

Crew Carwash is seeking a Full or Part-Time Customer Service Team Member in Indianapolis, IN. You will greet customers, advise and load customers, and help maintain a park-like environment both inside and outside the facility.

The role emphasizes safety, customer satisfaction, and delivering high-quality service while working in a fast-paced, outdoor setting. Training is provided and flexible scheduling is available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• No prior work experience is required.
• Work a minimum of 10 hours per week as part-time or 30 hours per week as full-time.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Able to stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per day).
• Able to hustle with a sense of urgency.
• Able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump.
• Able to push/pull drums and materials with appropriate equipment.
• Comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts.
• Able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms.
• Able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds.
• Able to operate and utilize electronic devices.
• Able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes.
