Job summary

Crew Carwash in Indianapolis, IN is hiring a Customer Service Team Member (84 - Day Time Only). You will greet customers, provide service advice, load customers, and help maintain a clean, safe environment.

No experience required; must be at least 16. Earn $15-$16 per hour plus incentive pay, daily pay options, PTO, holidays, health benefits for FT, 401K, and tuition reimbursement. Flexible schedules and training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• No prior work experience required.
• Part-time: minimum 10 hours/week; Full-time: minimum 30 hours/week.
• Stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours/day).
• Ability to hustle with urgency.
• Reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump.
• Push/pull drums and materials with equipment.
• Comfort around moving mechanical parts.
• Climb ladders, scaffolds, platforms.
• Lift/move at least 25 pounds.
• Operate and use electronic devices.
• Weather exposure for extended periods.
