Job summary

Logan-Rogersville School District High School in Rogersville, MO is seeking a day Custodian to perform cleaning and general maintenance duties across the district. The role involves outdoor facilities care, routine building upkeep, and supporting grounds work with a focus on safety.

Qualifications

Custodial and maintenance duties including cleaning of outdoor facilities and general upkeep of the district.
Ability to perform light repairs and operate cleaning equipment as directed.
Familiarity with pest management and routine inspections of the building and grounds.

Responsibilities

Clean outdoor athletic facilities, floors, walls, windows, and surfaces in all rooms.
Assist with pest management program implementation.
Perform monthly inspections and report to building administrator.
Support seasonal grounds work (snow, ice, leaves, lawn care).
Restock soap and paper products; perform minor repairs as needed.
Maintain heating/cooling, lighting, ventilation and cleanliness of the building.
Follow approved schedules and communicate with supervisor.
