Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a Janitor, State Set Aside, at our Aurora location. The role involves on-site cleaning to meet Goodwill standards, including vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, and basic upkeeping.

Pay is $19/hour with Daily Pay eligibility. Full-time schedule is Mon-Fri 8:00am–2:30pm; benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement options; percentage of workforce under the State Set Aside program; 75% disability target.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform cleaning duties and operate janitorial equipment.
• English speaking and understanding required.
• Experience in custodial work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum and mop floors and clean stairwells.
• Empty trash and clean bins.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and surfaces.
• Identify and report repairs.
• Maintain building security and safety after hours.
• Work as part of a team to meet Goodwill standards.
