Job summary

Total Facility Care is seeking a part-time Janitor for evening shifts in Aurora, CO. You will perform daily cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and occasional restocking, while maintaining a safe and sanitary environment.

Responsibilities include operating standard cleaning equipment, managing supplies, and reporting repair needs to your supervisor. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and ability to work independently is essential. EEO applies.

Qualifications

• Able to use basic cleaning equipment.
• Operate a backpack vacuum weighing upwards of 20 lbs.
• Ability to manage your time efficiently.
• Work well when supervisors are not present.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
• Safely operate cleaning equipment, including a backpack vacuum.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Cleaning and stock restrooms.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours.
• Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
• Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.
• Collect and dispose of trash.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
