The Guidance Center in Kansas is seeking a Crisis Clinician (Daytime) to join our interdisciplinary team. You will perform crisis assessments, provide therapy, and support stabilization and access to services across Leavenworth, Atchison, and Jefferson counties.

The role requires a Master's degree in social work or related field and licensure by the KS Regulatory Board by the start date. One year of residential or crisis stabilization experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
• Licensed or licensure-eligible in KS (LMSW/LMLP/LMFT/LPC/LSCSW/LCP/LCMFT) by start date.
• Minimum one year of crisis stabilization or residential experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical assessments to justify placement in Crisis Stabilization Center.
• Deliver brief psychotherapy and motivational interviewing as needed.
• Coordinate program with other agency programs to improve outcomes.
• Ensure services meet clinical guidelines and funding requirements.
• Respond to crises across the counties with mobile interventions.
• Maintain documentation and reports per Quality Improvement standards.
