Job summary

Vaakawi is seeking a Day Time Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and safety of the facility during business hours. The role focuses on high-traffic areas, quick response to cleaning needs, and serving as a courteous ambassador for the facilities team.

Responsibilities include restroom restocking, lobby and breakroom upkeep, spill response, high-touch disinfection, waste management, and exterior checks. 1 year of experience preferred; flexible schedule with full-time and part-time options in Arizona.

Qualifications

• Polite interaction with building occupants and guests.
• Ability to work discreetly in occupied offices.
• Vigilant in spotting messes before complaints arise.

Responsibilities

• Restroom refreshing: restock supplies, wipe counters, ensure toilets are clean.
• Common area maintenance: monitor lobbies, cafeterias, and waiting rooms; tidy spaces.
• Emergency response: address spills or hazards promptly to prevent slips.
• High-touch sanitization: disinfect elevator buttons, door handles, and desks.
• Waste management: empty bins in common areas quietly.
• Exterior checks: monitor entrance for litter to maintain a positive image.
