Potbelly Sandwich Works in Lewisville, TX is hiring Team Members to deliver fast, friendly service in a busy kitchen and dining area. Earn between $12.75 and $13.25 per hour plus digital tips and enjoy a welcoming, upbeat environment.

As a Potbelly Associate you’ll assist with opening duties, assemble sandwiches, prep, stock supplies, operate the cash register, and help ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable guest experience. Flexible morning/day shifts available and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Customer service-oriented role in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Work multiple stations as directed by leadership.
• Comply with health and safety standards.
• Restock food line and supplies.
• Prepare finished products (sandwiches, salads, etc.).
• Operate cash register and handle cash procedures.
• Address customer questions and issues.
• Assist with delivery/catering orders when needed.
