Job summary

Potbelly Sandwich Shop in Cedar Park, TX is hiring a Part-Time Team Member for all shifts (First/Day, Second/Afternoon, Third/Night). Earn between $15.25 and $15.75 per hour plus digital tips in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

As a Potbelly Associate, you will greet customers, prepare and serve meals, maintain a clean area, handle cash, and ensure quality and safety while delivering great guest experiences. Must be 16+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Friendly, customer-first mindset for a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work in a bustling kitchen and stand for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and walk/stand for several hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple stations as directed by a Shift Leader or Manager.
• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Restock and maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Handle cash and operate the register following procedures.
• Assist with catering/pickup orders and other duties as assigned.
