Qualifications

• Maricopa County food handler card and adherence to health regulations.
• Food preparation/cooking experience is a plus.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• Knowledge of state restaurant health codes.
• Reliable and punctual.

Responsabilités

• Manage the entire kitchen and cafe food preparation.
• Uphold health code procedures and keep the kitchen clean and organized.
• Ensure quality of every item leaving the cafe.
• Maintain pars and inventory and perform regular orders.
• Monitor temperature logs and kitchen equipment functionality.
• Coordinate with front staff to serve guests accurately and promptly.
• Provide guests with efficient, friendly service and prioritize guest satisfaction.
