Job summary

HomeGrown, part of Thrive Restaurant Group, is a daytime eatery focused on friendly service and community. The Busser helps maintain a clean dining room, assists front-of-house staff, and supports the team to deliver a great guest experience.

This hourly role offers tip share and eligibility for standard benefits with full-time status. We aim to finish shifts by 3:30 pm and value kindness, reliability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and desire to learn and grow.
• Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to follow directions exactly as expected.
• Ability to work fast, safe, efficient, and accurately for up to 10 hours per day.
• Mobility required during the shift.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with hosts, servers, bartenders and management to keep tables updated.
• Pre-bussing tables in dining room when clean.
• Bussing/cleaning tables inside and on the patio and helping clean the bar top.
• Replace sanitizer in spray bottles and buckets as needed for safety.
• Clean, disinfect and sanitize work areas before, during and after shift.
• Stock glassware, water bottles, dishes and silverware as needed.
• Complete assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects.
• Complete daily restaurant maintenance program.
