Job summary

First Watch in Saint Peters, MO is seeking a hardworking Busser to support a fast-paced breakfast, brunch, and lunch service. We offer no night shifts and a YOU FIRST culture that puts people first. As a Busser you will help maintain clean tables, assist servers, and ensure a smooth dining experience for our guests.

You will clear and reset tables within 3 minutes, communicate with Hosts and Servers, and help with light housekeeping and restrooms as needed. A teamwork mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Communicate well with others and believe in the importance of teamwork.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Assist with table busking and guest flow as part of a friendly service team.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, sanitize & reset tables in under 3 minutes.
• Update Hosts & Servers when tables are ready for seating.
• Perform light housekeeping and restocking duties as needed.
