Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures.

• Willingness to learn and follow restaurant procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support the You First culture and core values of the restaurant.
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly and maintain high standards.
• Understand and follow restaurant sales and traffic goals.
• Assist in implementing the First Watch Five Steps of Service at every table.
• Participate in candidate scouting and interviewing processes.
• Ensure safe food handling practices are followed and coach team members as needed.
• Maintain restaurant security and report any issues promptly.
• Train, coach, and develop team members.
• Recognize and reward exceptional performance.
• Handle daily revenues and deposits accurately.
• Complete administrative duties and paperwork in a timely manner.
