Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Retail Associate for the TJ Maxx store in Onalaska, WI. You will engage with customers, process transactions, maintain store cleanliness, and support loss prevention and merchandising standards.

The role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for growth, and a team-oriented environment across TJX brands. Prior retail experience is helpful, but training is provided to ensure excellent service and satisfaction.
