TJ Maxx in Onalaska, WI is seeking an energetic Store Associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards and to help Associates process merchandise efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will engage customers, maintain a clean, organized store, and support leadership with training, tagging, stocking and backroom organization. This role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends and a commitment to safety and loss-prevention goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months of leadership experience
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Capable of lifting heavy objects

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise processing
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising principles
• Ensures items are properly tagged, hung, and coded
• Maintains backroom organization and stock rotation
• Supports management with training needs and safety compliance
