Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an on-site team member for TJ Maxx Store in Onalaska, WI. The role focuses on executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

You will work with a team to keep the store organized, clean, and well-stocked while supporting safety and policy adherence. Applicants should be able to work nights/weekends, have strong communication skills, and show a willingness to train others.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Superior communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing processing of merchandise onto the sales floor
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor
• Monitors productivity of team and coaches as necessary
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
