Job summary

Zenith - Louisville is seeking a proactive Distribution Supervisor to lead daily operations in our Louisville, KY distribution center. You will coordinate staffing, monitor safety and sanitation, and drive productivity across shifts while ensuring order accuracy and strict compliance with procedures.

You will develop hourly associates, conduct meetings, and generate labor and productivity reports. Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of distribution systems and best practices.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision and strong decision making.
• Leadership, organization, and deadline management.
• Excellent analytical and written/spoken communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and WMS/WIN systems.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with supervisors and managers on daily operational activities.
• Manage and promote safety and sanitation in all areas.
• Plan production and staffing needs on a daily/weekly basis.
• Work with all areas to maximize productivity and performance.
• Monitor and meet order accuracy requirements/expectations.
• Supervise hourly associates and coach their performance.
• Generate productivity reports and account for labor hours.
• Conduct meetings with hourly associates and train them as needed.
