Job summary

Creekside Behavioral Health is seeking an RN Supervisor for the dayshift in Kingsport, TN. You will lead nursing staff, coordinate care, and ensure compliance with clinical standards while supporting a therapeutic environment.

The role requires an RN license, 2+ years of RN experience, and at least 1 year in behavioral health. CPR and de-escalation/ restraint certifications are required; BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two+ years RN experience required.
• One+ year behavioral health experience required.
• BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in state or compact state.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required.
• First aid may be required depending on state or facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff and coordinate patient care per nursing process and standards.
• Ensure comprehensive nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission.
• Schedule staff and manage contingency staffing; monitor overtime.
• Supervise rounds and ensure accurate medication administration and records.
• Lead quality and safety initiatives and staff education programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, HR, and facility leadership as needed.
