Job summary

Cedarview Rehabilitation and Nursing, located in Lebanon, OH, is seeking a dedicated RN on the dayshift to join our compassionate care team. You will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications, update care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve excellent resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in Ohio.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program or college.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care per individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, perform assessments, wound care, and accurate documentation.
• Monitor resident conditions and notify the physician of changes.
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants to maintain care standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
