Job summary

Cedarview Rehabilitation and Nursing in Lebanon, Ohio is seeking an RN for the dayshift to provide compassionate, resident-centered care. This role collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes and a supportive environment for residents and families.

You will administer medications, conduct assessments, manage wound care, and document care precisely while supervising Nursing Assistants and coordinating with physicians.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in Ohio
• Nursing degree from an accredited program
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in long-term care preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care per individualized care plans
• Administer medications, perform assessments, wound care, and ensure accurate documentation
• Monitor resident conditions and notify physician of changes
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants to maintain care standards
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
