Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in Ohio.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program or college.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, perform assessments, wound care, and accurate documentation.
• Monitor resident conditions and notify the physician of changes.
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants to maintain care standards.
