Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in Ohio.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care per individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, perform assessments, wound care, and document accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and notify physician of changes.
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants to maintain care standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
