Job summary

Intermountain Electronics, Inc. seeks a Production Material Planner for the Price facility. The role ensures materials are available and staged for production, working with material handlers to move items from warehouse to line in a timely fashion.

The position supports kitting, inventory accuracy, and orderly material flow, with a 6:00am–3:30pm work schedule and every other Friday off. Competitive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Strong reading and math abilities.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with MS Word/Excel; EPICOR experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production floor has all required materials ready for production.
• Coordinate material deliveries from warehouse to production floor with Material Handlers.
• Maintain organized 5S areas and clean inventory records.
• Support kitting, staging, and on-time material readiness for production.
• Identify and resolve shortages or discrepancies before impacting production.
• Assist with inventory control and safe operation of material handling processes.
