MMS is seeking a Maintenance Technician Associate for our Goodfield, IL campus on the day shift. The role offers hands-on maintenance work on industrial equipment, with on‑the‑job training and growth opportunities.

You will learn mechanical and electrical systems, perform preventive maintenance, and support repairs alongside experienced technicians to keep production running smoothly and safely.

Maintenance Technician Associate

Goodfield, IL | Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay: $21-$25/hour, based on experience

What You'll Do

• Assist with maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment and facility systems

A Day in the Life

Your day starts at 6:00 AM with a team huddle and review of maintenance priorities. Throughout the shift, you'll work alongside skilled technicians performing equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting mechanical or electrical issues. You'll learn how industrial equipment operates, assist with repairs, and help keep production running safely and efficiently. Every day offers new opportunities to develop technical skills and gain valuable hands-on experience.

Requirements

Preferred:

• Previous maintenance, manufacturing, construction, automotive, farm equipment, or technical experience
• Exposure to mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems
• Ability to read basic blueprints or technical manuals
