Job summary

Ohioans Home Healthcare is seeking a full-time LPN for Bryan, OH to provide in-home patient care under the supervision of an RN, covering the Toledo area. You will assess and plan care, educate patients and families, and manage wound care and devices in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Three years of nursing experience.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to travel for in-home visits.
• Exceptional time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement patient care under RN supervision.
• Educate patients and families on diseases, procedures and medications.
• Address patient needs including wound care, trachs, G/J tubes, Foley catheters and medication administration.
