Job summary

Ohioans Home Healthcare in Toledo, OH is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time, 12-hour dayshift role delivering in-home patient care under RN supervision. You will assess, plan and implement nursing care, and educate patients and families on diseases and medications.

Responsibilities include wound care, trachs, G/J tubes, Foley catheters and medication administration while traveling across the Toledo area to support diverse cases.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current license.
• At least 3 years of nursing experience.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to travel for in-home patient visits.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.
• Excellent time-management and interpersonal skills.
• Home healthcare experience preferred.
