Job summary

Ohioans Home Healthcare is seeking an LPN for a full-time, 12-hour dayshift in the Toledo area. You will assess and implement patient care in patients' homes, educate families, and manage diverse clinical tasks as part of a supportive team.

A strong emphasis on autonomy and ongoing training is provided in a HIPAA-compliant environment. You will cover Toledo-area visits under RN supervision, with flexibility for nights and weekends and a pay structure reflecting a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• Three years of nursing experience
• CPR certification
• Ability to travel for in-home patient visits
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Exceptional time-management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Home healthcare experience preferred
• 12-hour panama schedule with rotating weekends

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement patient care under RN supervision
• Educate patients and family on disease processes, procedures and medications
• Address patient needs including wound care, trachs, G/J tubes, Foley caths and medication administration
• Build long-term patient relationships and monitor outcomes
