Job summary

Right At Home – Logan, OH is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care and companionship to seniors and adults with disabilities, helping them stay independent and safe in their own homes.

You will assist with daily living activities, light housekeeping, meals, transportation, and monitor clients' well-being while delivering respectful, person-centered care. Training and support are provided.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR and First Aid Certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes.
• Provide medication reminders (no medication administration unless authorized).
• Escort clients to appointments and errands.
• Monitor and report changes in a client's condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
• Follow all company policies, HIPAA regulations, and client care plans.
• Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.

Position Summary
