Job summary

Right At Home Grove City is seeking compassionate caregivers for dayshift to provide non-medical in-home care and companionship to seniors and adults with disabilities in Columbus area. You will help clients stay independent, safe, and comfortable in their own homes, delivering respectful, personalized care.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Current auto insurance (if transporting clients).
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with transfers.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes.
• Provide medication reminders (no medication administration unless authorized).
• Escort clients to appointments and run errands.
• Monitor and report changes in a client's condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.

Position Summary

As a Caregiver, you will provide non-medical in-home care and companionship to seniors and adults with disabilities. You'll help clients maintain their independence by assisting with daily living activities while delivering compassionate, respectful, and personalized care.

Responsibilities
