Job summary

The Center for Disability Services in Albany, NY is hiring Day Program Assistant Supervisors for our Adult Services Program. You will support daily operations, supervise direct support staff, and ensure high-quality services for the people we support.

You will assist with staffing, training, evaluations, regulatory compliance, and budget adherence while promoting an inclusive and supportive environment aligned with our mission.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of job-related experience with people with developmental disabilities or related field.
• Associates degree or two completed years of college may be considered in lieu of 1 year experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational and programmatic needs of the day program/service and supervise direct support staff as directed by the Program Supervisor.
• Provide direct support to people served while assisting the Program Supervisor in staff supervision, evaluations, staffing, training and quality services.
• Support oversight of regulatory compliance, satisfaction of services delivered and adherence to the operating budget.
