Job summary

Omni Hotels is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to manage full-cycle recruitment for non-exempt and exempt roles across our Omni Hotels & Resorts portfolio. You will help transition to Dayforce, maintain accurate postings, and partner with HR teams to drive efficient, compliant hiring processes.

The role supports a smooth candidate experience, from posting and screening to interviews and onboarding, while ensuring OFCCP compliance and data integrity across systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume recruiting coordination.
• Experience with transitioning to a new HRIS/ATS (Dayforce preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage job postings in Dayforce and sites.
• Maintain ATS data integrity and candidate communications.
• Support Dayforce transition from legacy systems and identify gaps.
• Process pre-employment steps including background checks and onboarding in Dayforce.
• Coordinate interviews and provide a smooth experience for candidates and teams.
• Assist with system adoption, testing, and training support.
