You will ensure accuracy and compliance under union contracts, audit payroll data, and collaborate with auditors. The position offers competitive wages ($25.00-$34.00 per hour) and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; two years payroll/benefits/HR experience preferred.
• Proficient with Dayforce HCM or similar HRIS; strong data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Experience handling payroll taxes, ACA reporting, and benefits administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll accurately for all employees using Dayforce HCM.
• Audit and prepare payroll reports; assist with tax reporting and W-2s.
• Administer health & welfare benefits, retirement plans, and COBRA as needed.
• Create ad hoc reports and support cross-functional payroll and benefits projects.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and auditors; ensure data integrity and compliance.
