Job summary

Amiseq Inc. is seeking a hands-on Dayforce HRIS Analyst to support and improve the Dayforce environment, working closely with Payroll and HR to maintain configurations and address issues.

The ideal candidate has strong Dayforce configuration experience, particularly in a payroll setting, and can manage union-related changes, complex pay rules, and Dayforce integrations while delivering reliable system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Dayforce configuration and administration experience.
• Strong understanding of payroll and HR processes within an HRIS.
• Experience configuring union agreements and union payroll requirements.
• Experience with pay codes, time off, and time and attendance configuration.
• Experience troubleshooting HRIS integrations and file feeds.
• Ability to translate requirements from Payroll/HR into system configurations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dayforce modules – Payroll & WFM based on business requirements.
• Support and update union related changes within Dayforce for 20+ unions.
• Configure and maintain pay codes, time off policies, and time and attendance settings.
• Perform configuration cleanup, system update changes, and ongoing maintenance.
• Troubleshoot Dayforce integrations and file feeds with HRIS team.
• Investigate data and system issues and coordinate solutions with stakeholders.
• Own testing and validation of all configuration changes.
• Document configurations, processes, and changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve Dayforce environment and payroll processes.
• Provide ongoing production support for Dayforce related issues and requests.
