Zusammenfassung

Learning Care Group in Utah is hiring a Team Lead at a child care center. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children, lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and communicate with families to support the center’s success.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, a base pay of around $15.30–$15.90 per hour, and benefits including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) with company match, and a child care

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility
• College credits towards Early Childhood Education or Child Development degree or a CDA, preferred
• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children

As a Team Lead, you are a:

• Teacher!Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children in your care. Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation.Classroom instruction is at least 50% of weekly schedule.
• Communicator!Communicate and build relationships with families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.
• Mentor!Be responsible for, or assisting with, the management, training, and mentoring of new hires and your fellow Teachers, as you create fun, interactive learning experiences to share with the preschool children.
• Leader!Take on the duties of Director or Assistant Director in his/her absence, including opening and closing the school.
• Expert!Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.

Wewant energetic, dependable, passionate individualswhoare at least 18 andhave:

• Experience in a licensedchildcarefacility, leading a classroom,andimplementing lesson plans.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
  • Team Lead- $15.30-$15.90
• Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers
