Job summary

Learning Care Group in Las Vegas seeks a Team Lead at a child care center to guide classroom instruction and lead curriculum implementation, with at least 50% of the week spent on teaching activities.

You will communicate with families, mentor new hires, and may cover Director duties in absence. Requires 18+, licensed childcare experience, and ECE-related education credits (CDA or degree). Monday–Friday, with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcarefacility, leading a classroom and implementing lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills to support new hires and families.

Responsibilities

• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children; lead classroom management and curriculum implementation (≥50% of weekly schedule).
• Communicate and build relationships with families to support child achievement and center success.
• Mentor and assist with training of new hires; assume Director/Assistant Director duties in absence; open/close the school as needed.

As a Team Lead, you are a:

• Teacher!Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children in your care. Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation.Classroom instruction is at least 50% of weekly schedule.
• Communicator!Communicate and build relationships with families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.
• Mentor!Be responsible for, or assisting with, the management, training, and mentoring of new hires and your fellow Teachers, as you create fun, interactive learning experiences to share with the preschool children.
• Leader!Take on the duties of Director or Assistant Director in his/her absence, including opening and closing the school.
• Expert!Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
  • Team Lead- $15.30-$15.90
• Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers
