Job summary

The Learning Experience is seeking Daycare Teachers to join our team and nurture young minds in a joyful, engaging setting. You will help infants, toddlers and preschoolers thrive through hands-on activities and our LEAP Curriculum, while maintaining a safe, caring environment that supports families and their children.

Programs emphasize developmentally appropriate practices, effective communication with parents, and collaborative teamwork in a welcoming daycare community.

Qualifications

• 6 months of childcare/daycare experience preferred
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
• CPR and First Aid Certification preferred
• Must meet state specific guidelines for the role

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions about child care needs.

Role Responsibilities:

Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
