Job summary

The Learning Experience is seeking dedicated daycare teachers to join our team in PA. You willCreate a welcoming, engaging classroom space for infants to preschoolers, implementing our L.E.A.P. Curriculum with attention to each child's needs.

Applicants should have at least 6 months of childcare experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices. CPR/First Aid preferred; state guidelines must be met.

Qualifications

• 6 months of childcare/daycare experience preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
• CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.
• Must meet state specific guidelines for the role.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions about child care needs.
