Job summary

The Learning Experience is hiring Teachers in Kyle, TX to lead classrooms and implement the LEAP Curriculum® for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. You will foster a safe, nurturing environment and mentor fellow staff in a growth-oriented culture.

We seek candidates with 1+ years of teaching experience, a high school diploma or higher in ECE, CPR/First Aid certification, and a commitment to engaging families in children’s development. Tuition assistance and professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional teaching experience
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• CDA or higher in ECE is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor co-teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Responsible for the overall classroom management, leading a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
• Serve as a role model, using a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing children’s adventures and achievements via apps and discussions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED. CDA, Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
• CPR and First Aide certification preferred
• Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
