The Learning Experience is hiring a Daycare Lead Teacher to join our Dallas Frankford center. This role focuses on nurturing growth across intellectual, emotional, and physical domains, while delivering our L.E.A.P. Curriculum for infants to preschoolers.

The ideal candidate is patient, creative, and passionate about guiding young learners through play-based education. Open availability Monday–Friday 6:30 AM–6:30 PM is required to meet center needs.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Previous childcare/education experience preferred.
• Open availability Monday–Friday 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM is required.

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic Daycare Lead Teacher to join our team! You will be responsible for encouraging children’s intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, and creative. If you have a passion for helping children learn and reach their potential, we want to hear from you!

Open availability Monday through Friday 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM is required to meet the needs of the center.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
• Support your center’s success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma (required) Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: Previous experience working in a childcare or educational setting is highly preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication, organization, time management and interpersonal skills, patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
• Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Availability: Open availability Monday–Friday between the hours of 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM is required.

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
