The Learning Experience in Texas is seeking a Center Director to lead daily operations, ensure licensing compliance, and drive enrollment growth. The ideal candidate loves children, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and builds strong relationships with families and staff.

You will recruit, hire, and coach teachers; oversee curriculum quality; manage staff schedules and records; and partner with ownership to set goals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of childcare leadership or management experience.
• Experience in enrollment, customer service, or community outreach.
• Experience with infants through preschool-age children.
• Knowledge of Texas childcare licensing rules.
• Must meet Texas Director qualifications.
• CPR/First Aid preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field preferred but not required if other requirements are met.

Compensation: $40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year

We are entering our second year of operation and are looking for a Center Director who is energized, passionate, and excited to help our school grow. This role is perfect for someone who loves children, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by building enrollment and creating strong relationships with families and staff.

Our ideal Center Director brings positivity, creativity, and a “go-above-and-beyond” attitude. We need someone who is confident with people, strong in customer service, and willing to think outside the box to attract new families and retain the ones we have.
