Job summary

The Learning Experience - Kingwood is seeking enthusiastic teachers and teacher aides to lead a team in delivering a strong academic foundation for children from six weeks to 10 years old.

Responsibilities include instructing children, creating a safe learning environment, following daily schedules, and maintaining health and safety of all students. We offer growth opportunities and a supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• 1+ years of childcare experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Maintain required state regulatory training hours.
• Knowledge of Minimum Standards for Child Care Centers.
• Knowledge of child development for ages infant, toddler, and preschool.

Responsibilities

• Instruct children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth.
• Create a fun and safe learning environment.
• Follow schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime.
