Foundations Early Learning Center is hiring a Daycare Cook to prepare meals for children and staff in a STEAM-focused preschool environment. You will follow daily menus, ensure safe food handling, and help maintain a clean kitchen while supporting classroom needs.

Applicants should be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent and have experience in licensed childcare food service; ServSafe certification is a plus. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Food preparation for meals and snacks for children and staff
• Follows daily menus considering USDA/licensing/health dept regulations
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and pass background checks/health assessments

Responsibilities

• Prepares and distributes meals and snacks per guidelines
• Enters daily menus and ensures safe sanitation in the kitchen
• Maintains inventory of food and supplies
• May cover breaks in the classroom
• Supports large-group food service needs as required
