Foundations Early Learning Center is seeking a Daycare Cook to prepare meals for children and staff in a vibrant early learning environment. This role supports hands-on, STEAM-focused education by ensuring safe, nutritious meals and adherence to all regulations.

Qualifications

• Work experience in cooking and/or food preparation for large groups, preferably in a childcare center.
• SERV Safe certification preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and distributes meals/snacks for children and staff according to guidelines and provided menus.
• Follows daily menu that incorporates USDA, licensing and health department regulations.
• Maintains safe food preparation and sanitation practices in the kitchen.
• Maintains inventory of food and supplies.
• Willing to work in the classroom to cover breaks.
