The Learning Experience in McKinney, TX is seeking an Assistant Teacher to support Little Learners from infancy to preschool. You will help deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities and maintain a safe, joyful classroom environment.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED; ECE coursework preferred and 1+ years in childcare. You’ll collaborate with staff to foster growth and share updates with families through our app.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; ECE coursework preferred.
• 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years in childcare preferred.
• Must meet state/local childcare licensing requirements.

Responsabilités

• Support learning by delivering engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Create safe, happy spaces and maintain clean, organized classrooms daily.
• Monitor growth and milestones and celebrate progress.
• Communicate with families and share updates via the mobile app.

Join our HAPPY Early Childhood Academic childcare center as an Assistant Teacher! Our centers are focused on developing Little Learners from infancy to preschool. We make early education and childcare joyful, engaging, and fun so children are happy to LEARN, PLAY and GROW.

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; ECE coursework preferred


• 18 years of age or older


• 1+ years’ experience in childcare preferred.


• Ability to meet state/local childcare licensing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support fun learning environments by helping to deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.


• Create safe & happy spaces by ensuring TLE standards and protocols for clean, safe, and organized classrooms where Little Learners can explore and learn are adhered to daily.


• Monitor growth and development of understanding key milestones and celebrating their progress.


• Build relationships and communication with families and share daily updates and cheerful moments via our mobile app.


• Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a supportive and happy learning environment.
