Daymark Recovery Services, Inc. in Lexington, NC is seeking a Program Manager to supervise Day Treatment operations and staff, focusing on developmentally appropriate gains and reintegration into school. You will model moral development, plan therapeutic elements, and support symptom stability and coping skills in an inclusive setting.

You will work with school personnel and a multidisciplinary team to implement client treatment plans while ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must meet Qualified Professional status and hold at least an Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Minimum two years of experience working with the population served.
• Five years of experience in a Day Treatment program or supporting students in a school setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with regulatory, accreditation and funding source rules and regulations.
• Coordinates program coverage and treatment activities while maintaining staff-to-client supervision ratios.
• Implements the treatment plan developed by a multidisciplinary team with clients and families.

The focus will be on achieving developmentally appropriate functional gains and to reintegrate the individual back into school. Model and foster the moral development of clients. Plan and implement therapeutic elements of the Day Treatment program including interventions and activities to support symptom stability, increase youth ability to cope, teach youth how to relate to others, provide support, sustain recovery and enhance the youth’s capacity to function in an inclusive setting or be maintained in community based services. Work with school personnel, program staff and other professionals in facilitating implementation of client treatment plans. Maintain the confidentiality of client and program information.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Ensures compliance with all regulatory, accreditation and funding source rules and regulationsIdentifies and prioritizes social, life, and academic skills be targeted for modification and continually monitors client’s progress toward skill acquisition and then Implements the treatment plan developed by a multidisciplinary treatment team (clients and their family, involved agencies, therapist, psychiatrist, Consultant/Case Manager and other significant parties).Coordinate and schedule program coverage and treatment activities insuring that staffs to client supervision ratios are maintained at all times and operates program activities and meetings using a strength based, family/client centered and culturally sensitive approach.Responsible for implementing program activities within approved budgetsResponsible for the observation and daily supervision of Associate Professionals/Paraprofessionals assigned to the program.Any other duties assigned by supervisor/managementSupervisory Responsibilities: Responsible for the observation and daily supervision of Associate Professionals/Paraprofessionals assigned to the program.Education and/or Experience: Must meet Qualified Professional (QP) status. Candidates must possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, along with a minimum of two years of experience working with the population served. In addition, candidates must have at least five years of experience working in a Day Treatment program or supporting students in a school setting.
