Job summary

ACE Wellness Center is seeking a Day Treatment Director to lead outreach, program development, and staff supervision. You will ensure services comply with laws and regulations, manage budgets, and coordinate with clinical teams to deliver quality care.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and staff development while enhancing program effectiveness and client outcomes. A career commitment to advancing mental health services is essential.

Qualifications

Master’s in social work and state LSW certification required.
Six years of clinical social work experience with children and families preferred.
Experience in supervision preferred.
Valid Ohio State driver’s license required.
Demonstrated leadership skills and strategic thinking.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Lead outreach and program development in line with organizational goals.
Supervise staff and ensure program operations meet regulatory requirements.
Manage program budgets, deadlines, and procedures.
Coordinate with outpatient and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care.
Develop, implement, and evaluate staff education and training.
Foster effective communication within the organization and with partners.
Monitor client satisfaction and program effectiveness, implementing improvements.
Provide behavioral and clinical supervision and mentorship to direct care staff.
