Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license required in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead staffing, training, onboarding, and evaluation of department staff.
• Develop and administer department budgets and monitor operational parameters.
• Maintain operational reports and collect data for administrative and regulatory purposes.
• Coordinate and report nursing outcomes for patient care and unit performance.
• Foster communication between the nursing unit, medical staff, and ancillary departments for problem solving and quality improvement.
• Ensure unit goals align with facility/system objectives and standards.
