Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional nursing experience required.
• CPR certification required.
• RN license in Tennessee required or eligible for licensure in TN.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care within assigned unit; coordinate care planning with other disciplines.
• Correlate patient history and support systems across continuum of care.
• Complete nursing history and initiate patient education.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; make recommendations to facilitate patient care.
• Implement plan of care; evaluate outcomes and lead quality initiatives.
• Supervise LPNs, Nursing Assistants, HUCs, Techs, and sitters.
• Serve as Clinical Coach in orientation/continuing education of new employees.
