Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a front-end loader operator in Conroe, TX to move, load and stockpile materials safely and efficiently while supporting production needs.

Ideal candidates demonstrate safe operation of heavy equipment, strong situational awareness, and the ability to follow instructions in a team or independent setting. Starting pay ranges $23.00–$24.00 per hour DOE, with competitive benefits.

• Operate front-end loaders to move, load, and stockpile materials safely and efficiently.

• Maintain clean and organized work areas, including stockpiles and haul roads.
• Follow all safety procedures and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate front-end loaders to move, load, and stockpile materials safely and efficiently
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance to ensure reliable operation
• Load trucks and feed plant equipment in alignment with production needs
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, including stockpiles and haul roads
• Follow all safety procedures and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Conditions Of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
